Introduction to Wine & Themed evenings
If you know nothing about wine or just enjoy drinking it, a one-day course is a sociable and fun way to learn how to taste wine like the professionals. Swirl, slurp and spit (or swallow) your way through the major grape varieties and wine regions of the world from Bordeaux to the Barossa. Alternatively you may wish to come to a themed two-hour course after work...We've just had a Wines of South America course and watch this space for more themed evenings soon

This one day course is for you if you:
- Find the wine aisle confusing
- Think restaurant wine lists are a minefield
- Are stuck in a Sauvignon or Pinot Gris rut
- Would like to know the basics on food and wine matching
